Q: What is Blimpie Rewards?
A: It’s our email and Rewards club*! Creating a Blimpie Rewards account gives you access to perks, such as:
  1. Earn 1 point for every full dollar spent on qualifying purchases (e.g., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point). Gratuity, taxes, and other exclusions apply.
  2. For every 50 points you earn, you will receive a $5 Reward to use at Blimpie!
  3. 25 bonus points when you register your account at blimpie.com/rewards.
  4. Exclusive info about upcoming promotions, giveaways, events, and new products.

Q: How do I sign up for Blimpie Rewards?
A:You can sign up at any participating Blimpie restaurant by giving your phone number to the cashier when paying*, or sign up online.

*If you sign up in-restaurant, you will still need to register your account to redeem Rewards.

Q: How old do I have to be to join?
A: You must be 13 years of age or older to become a member.
Q: Once I’ve signed up in-restaurant, how do I register my account?
A: Visit here to JOIN/REGISTER and follow the prompts.
Q: Do I need to enter my personal information to register my account?
A: We ask for only a few pieces of information such as your birthday, phone number and email address. Rest assured that we will never sell your information to third parties.
Q: Are there any costs or fees to be a member?
A: No.
Q: Who has access to the information in my account?
A: Blimpie and the brand’s program partner, Spendgo™, have access to your information. Rest assured that we will never sell your information to third parties. You can read our Privacy Policy here.
Q: How can I see my points balance and available Rewards?
A: Your points balance and available Rewards can be viewed by logging into your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account.
Q: How can I change the email or phone number tied to my account?
A: You can log into your account and update your profile at any time.
Q: How do I change my account password?
A: You can change your password any time by following these steps:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the drop-down button on the top right side of the screen.
  3. Select “My Account”.
  4. Enter your new password in the password field.
  5. Click “Save Changes“ at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.
Q: I forgot my username and password, what now?
A: Your username is the email address or phone number tied to your account.

If you forgot your password, go to the account login page and click “Forgot Your Password”.

Q: How do I close my account?
A: Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com. Keep in mind the account closure process can take up to 48 hours.
Q: In order to earn points and redeem Rewards, do I need to opt-in to receive marketing emails?
A: No. At registration, you must provide your email address, but you may choose to opt-out of receiving marketing emails and still earn points and redeem Rewards at participating locations.
Q: What do I do if my favorite Blimpie location is not an available option when I join?
A: Contact us at customerservice@kahalamgmt.com and tell us which location you were unable to locate. In the meantime, to complete your registration, select an alternate location. You can always access your account information at a later date and select a new favorite restaurant.
Q: What is the point structure of Blimpie Rewards?
A: You earn one point for every full dollar spent on the pre-tax and pre-tip transaction amount (e.g., $1.00 - $1.99 = 1 point) on qualifying purchases.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Provide your phone number to staff member in-restaurant, before checkout. You can also login to your account for orders placed on Blimpie.com. Earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases; excluding gratuity, taxes, and other exclusions. Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for points; however, gift cards used as tender do qualify for points. Please allow up to 24 hours for all points to process and appear on your account. Points can only be earned at participating locations.
Q: Can I still get points for my purchase if I forgot to enter my phone number at checkout?
A: Yes, you can! Simply log in to our account and click “Add Points” or send and email to customerservice@kahalamgmt.com with your Rewards account information and a copy of your itemized receipt and we’ll be happy to load the correct points to your account.
Q: How can I use my points?
A: Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 Reward to use on your next in-restaurant or online purchase. $5 Reward is valid for one time use only. If check total is under $5, you will forfeit the remaining amount. Points can only be redeemed at participating locations.
Q: What purchases do not qualify for points?
A: Points are not earned on orders via third-party delivery or other third-party sites, alcohol purchases, gift card purchases, gratuities, coupon discounts, taxes, or receipt adjustments.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
A: For every 50 points you earn, a $5 Reward is generated. There is no limit to how many $5 Rewards you can earn, but only one $5 Reward can be redeemed per transaction. Each $5 Reward expires 90 days from the date of issue.
Q: Can I get punches converted from BIP Cards to Blimpie Rewards at Blimpie?
A: Yes. To get punches converted from BIP punch cards to the new loyalty program, you will follow these steps:
  1. Sign up for Blimpie Rewards account if you have not already done so, by providing your phone number during your transaction and then registering your account at www.blimpie.com/rewards.
  2. Ask the crew member to convert your BIP punch card into points for the Blimpie Rewards program*.
  3. Give your BIP card to the crew member.
  4. We will work with Spendgo to add five (5) points for every one (1) punch to your Blimpie Rewards account.

Q: Can I redeem my $5 Reward and another offer on the same transaction?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/Reward per transaction.
Q: Does the $5 Reward cover tax?
A: No, the $5 Reward does not cover tax.
Q: If I have multiple $5 Rewards, can I redeem more than one at the same time?
A: No, you can only redeem one offer/Reward per transaction.
Q: Does my account need to be registered to unlock and redeem Rewards?
A: Yes. You must register your account to unlock and redeem Rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and Rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem Rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a Reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.
Q: How am I notified I have earned a $5 Reward?
A: If you have registered your account online, after you provide your phone number to the crew member, they will ask you at each visit if you would like to use the Reward until it is redeemed or expires. You will also receive an email informing you that a $5 Reward was loaded to your account (if you have opted in to receiving emails).

If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned Rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock Rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.

Q: How do I redeem a $5 Reward?
A: Register your account to unlock Rewards.

Provide your phone number to the staff member at check out and if a Reward is available, the staff member will prompt you to redeem it.

Log into your Blimpie Rewards account when placing orders online at order.blimpie.com. At checkout, select the $5 Reward and click “Apply”.

Q: When do $5 Rewards expire?
A: $5 Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are earned and issued.
Q: Is there a purchase minimum to redeem a $5 Reward?
A: No, there is no minimum to redeem a $5 Reward. The $5 Reward is valid for one time use only. If check total is under $5, you will forfeit the remaining amount.
